EARTH MONTH COMPETITION;TIGER POWER, TIGER PLANET
This year’s Earth Day theme is Our Power, Our Planet. You can show your Tiger Power for your Planet by participating in our Earth Month Competition.
Ways to Earn Points:
Trash Pickup (1pt/piece of trash)
Pick up trash (gloves and/or collection bag recommended for safety) while walking or jogging (aka, plogging). Send email to Dana with # of pieces picked up (preferably with pictures)
iNaturalist (5pt/identification)
Contribute to Citizen Science by identifying species in your local environment. Please focus on natural species (wild flowers, insects, birds) instead of household pets or cultivated plants. You can join PCC’s iNaturalist group to collect points for your team (email Dana if you’re having trouble joining/seeing your pictures)

Volunteering (25 points per hour)
PCC plans to host a volunteer event near Earth Day (more details to come), which can count towards this competition. Send email to Dana with name of event and # hours (preferably with pictures)
Prizes:
1st place will win a $100 gift card for online plants from Plantology
2nd and 3rd place will win $50 gift cards for online plants from Plantology
