The Princeton Club of Chicago invites you to the next "Eating Club" event. No bickering, just great food and conversation with fellow Tigers and friends!
Matthew Sussman ’09 officially debuted Bar Parisette Jun 28, 2024 as your local neighborhood wine bar and bistro. Join us on Thursday Nov 14, 2024 for a communal dinner with fellow Princetonians to experience a special tasting menu showcasing Chef Madalyn Durrant’s seasonal menu inspired by regional French cuisine with a Midwestern sensibility. The restaurant’s deep wine list, carefully selected by Matthew Sussman ’09, offers exceptional value at all price points, and they also offer a curated selection of classic and signature cocktails as well.
A native New Yorker and baking enthusiast, Matt Sussmann ’09 got his start experimenting with many bread styles using commercial equipment he kept in his garage. His passion for naturally leavened breads and great wine was the impetus for his first restaurant Table, Donkey and Stick as well as the foundation of Danke’s menu. In 2024, Matt opened Bar Parisette. Matt is a CMS Certified Sommelier.
All guests are welcome to come earlier to enjoy happy hour (not formally part of the event) before dinner from 5-6:30pm.
