Orange and Black dayCOME CELEBRATE ORANGE & BLACK DAY! - OCTOBER 19, 2024

Put on your favorite orange & black attire and join fellow Princetonians and friends in celebration of Orange & Black Day, the University’s 278th birthday, on Saturday, October 19, at 11 a.m. at The Dearborn, 145 N. Dearborn Street, corner of Randolph in Chicago. (Note: The actual Charter Day is October 22, but since it falls on a Tuesday this year, we are planning our Charter Day events for Saturday the 19th which we hope will be more convenient.)

The Princeton Club of Chicago invites you to join us for brunch at this popular restaurant in downtown Chicago. Many thanks to Amy Lawless S99, spouse of Princeton alumna Cynthia Galvan ’99, for letting us celebrate at this Tiger-friendly restaurant that features market-driven foods and cocktails.

Brunch will be a la carte and pay-as-you-go so please bring cash to make it easy to pay for whatever you order at the end of the meal.

Seating is limited so please be sure to RSVP by Friday, October 11. This is an opportunity to gather regionally for a global event celebrating our alma mater. The University is providing party packets so it will be a very festive occasion that you don’t want to miss!

If you can’t come, you can post your own celebration on the Princeton Alumni Kudoboard (alumni.princeton.edu/orangeandblack) or by tagging @PrincetonAlumni with #OrangeandBlack and #BacktotheBest on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

Photo features Monica Moore Thompson ’89, President of the Princeton Alumni Association and Chicago’s own Ryan Ruskin ’90, Vice President of the Association.
