Join fellow Princeton in Chicago alumni and summer interns for an end-of-summer 2024 happy hour, generously hosted by Matt Sussmann '09 at Danke in Revival Food Hall.

 

Enjoy exceptional charcuterie, crusty sourdough baguettes, and sandwiches praised by both the NY Times and the Chicago Tribune. Danke offers a selection of unique wines and craft beers curated by Matt himself, a certified sommelier. Don’t miss this delightful evening of reconnecting and indulgence!

 

RESERVATIONS include a large cheese and charcuterie spread for all. All other foods (sandwiches, salads)
and drinks available for purchase

 

A native New Yorker and baking enthusiast, Matt Sussmann ’09 got his start experimenting with many bread styles using commercial equipment he kept in his garage. His passion for naturally leavened breads and great wine was the impetus for his first restaurant Table, Donkey and Stick as well as the foundation of Danke’s menu. In 2024, Matt opened Bar Parisette. Matt is a CMS Certified Sommelier.
