Amy Beth Treciokas '87

Director

Amy graduated Princeton with an A.B in Molecular Biology in 1987.  At Princeton, she was on the sailing team, in the Glee Club, and in Tower Club.  She worked in actuarial consulting at Towers Perrin and William M. Mercer in the early 90’s, attaining the designation of a member of the Society of Actuaries in 1992. She went to India for 3 years to study yoga with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in 1996.  She founded Yoga Now Inc., a Yoga Studio in Chicago, in 2003.  In 2012, she won the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Award, and in 2014, she won the Enterprising Women Award. Amy helped to bring Bhaktifest, a 3,000 person yoga and kirtan festival to the Midwest starting in 2012.  Amy is a past President of the Princeton Club of Chicago, and she is on the Alumni Council of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
