Kirsten Ekdahl Hull '99
Liaison, Princeton Project 55/AlumniCorps
Kirsten is currently VP of Portfolio Management and Development at EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, and she has spent the past five years working on the $500m+ redevelopment of the iconic Willis Tower. At EQ, Kirsten is a founding member of Women of Willis network and is on the leadership team for EQ’s ESG program. Kirsten’s prior experiences in real estate development were at McCaffery Interests, working on behalf of the University of Chicago’s commercial real estate group in Hyde Park, as well as Joseph Freed and Associates, where she worked on the redevelopment of the 1M sf national historic landmark Sullivan Center. Kirsten graduated from Princeton in 1999 and worked as a consultant in NYC for four years before completing a Project 55 fellowship in Chicago, after which she earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Kirsten serves on the Advisory Boards for Urban Land Institute’s Chicago District Council and Women’s Leadership Initiative, is a Chicago Loop Alliance board member, a member of Commercial Real Estate Women of Chicago, on the Chicago Area Steering Committee for Princeton AlumniCorps, and a mentor for the Goldie Wolfe Miller Initiative, YouthBuild, and Princeton AlumniCorps. Kirsten grew up in Lincoln Park and lives with her husband, Kevin, and two kids in the Fulton River District.
