Lynnley is the managing editor of Financial Planning magazine, the leading trade publication (digital and print) for U.S. wealth advisors and financial planners. A lifelong journalist and editor, she has worked at Bloomberg, The New York Times, Newsweek, and Reuters, in New York and Moscow. Raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she received her A.B. with honors in Slavic Languages and Literatures, and she began her career in Russia in the 1990s, where she stayed seven years and ran Reuters’ CIS Energy and Commodities coverage in Moscow. A recent Chicago transplant from New Haven, Connecticut, she enjoys experiencing everything the Windy City has to offer and reading fiction and non-fiction.
