Stephen Ban '84 S88 P23*24
Chair, Scholarship
Stephen Ban is semi-retired, but plenty occupied. He is a Senior Advisor to the Corporate Coalition of Chicago, a group of companies working together in new ways to try to address economic inequities in our region. He is also an adjunct professor of Corporate Finance and Sustainability and an Advisory Board member at the Baumhart Center of Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business. While his degree says that he majored in Economics, he claims it should really have been awarded in the Princeton Nassoons (Princeton's oldest and foremost men's a cappella group) and the Princeton Triangle Club (Princeton's signature musical-comedy troupe)...and he serves on the graduate boards of both. He is a Princeton spouse and parent, a long time member of of the Princeton Club of Chicago's Leadership Group, Secretary of the Class of 1984 (of which he is a past President), and has served on the Princeton's Committee to Nominate Alumni Trustees. Stephen is also recent past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the USA Triathlon Foundation, a Trustee of the Village of Glenview's Firefighter's Pension Fund, and is a Trustee of the Cleveland Institute of Music.
