Matthew Sussman ’09 opened Table, Donkey and Stick in December 2012 to celebrate the culinary
traditions of the Alps. In the years since, the restaurant has received numerous accolades, including
Chicago Magazine Best Restaurants and 10 consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awards. Join us on
Thursday, June 6 for a communal dinner with fellow Princetonians to experience a special tasting
menu showcasing Chef Matt Saccaro’s old world approach to local, seasonal ingredients.
