What Comes Next: Imagining the Chapter Beyond Your Longstanding Career

You may be at the pinnacle of your career, or the midpoint, or approaching the finish line…but what comes next? How do you prepare for a next chapter of meaning and impact? How do you harness your wisdom and experience in new directions that have value to you and to society?

Seth’s talk will address the demographic and societal trends that have led to a new structure of adulthood that encourages “encore” chapters of leadership, and he will discuss how you make your next chapter matter, for yourself and for the world around you. The conversation will be moderated by Stephen Ban ‘84 S88 P23*24, Adjunct Professor of Finance, Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business / Retired investment strategist.
