Seth’s talk will address the demographic and societal trends that have led to a new structure of adulthood that encourages “encore” chapters of leadership, and he will discuss how you make your next chapter matter, for yourself and for the world around you. The conversation will be moderated by Stephen Ban ‘84 S88 P23*24, Adjunct Professor of Finance, Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business / Retired investment strategist.

Seth Green '01 S02
Seth Green serves as Dean of the University of Chicago Graham School. During his tenure, the School has continued its eminence in the lifelong liberal arts and launched new initiatives to support leaders in designing purposeful encore chapters.
Prior to joining UChicago, Seth led the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University Chicago, directed two educational non-profits, and served as a McKinsey & Co. consultant.
Green holds a J.D. from Yale University, master’s degrees from Oxford University and the London School of Economics (on a Marshall Scholarship), and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
