pcng-2020-summer-intern-logo-squarePCNG: ENTREPRENEURSHIP WITH AMY TRECIOKAS '87 - MARCH 17, 2021

Please (virtually!) join us for an exciting evening of exploring entrepreneurship in Chicago with Amy Beth Treciokas '87, owner and founder of Yoga Now (as well as our current Princeton Club of Chicago President).  Amy will share the journey of her career and what inspired her path to becoming not only a yoga teacher and expert but also an entrepreneur in Chicago.  She will also take participants on an exclusive virtual tour of Yoga Now.  RSVP by TUESDAY 3/16 @ midnight!

All current Princeton students and alumni in the area are invited to attend a gathering of the Princeton Chicago Networking Group ("PCNG") that will bring together current Princeton students and alums in the spirit of career networking and mentorship.  For this networking gathering, Amy Beth Treciokas '87 will share her journey of becoming and entrepreneur and the joys and difficulties of being one, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.  She will also provide an exclusive virtual tour of the Yoga Now eco-friendly studio that currently offers in-person and virtual yoga classes and massages.  Depending on interest/size of the group, we may open up to smaller group "precepts" to discuss entrepreneurship in general as well as specific ideas via Zoom breakout rooms at the end.

Join NOW to receive PCC Member priority reservation, member pricing, and to support Princeton events and service opportunities.

Class of 2020 is FREE, but you must sign-up!  Membership starts at only $25/year. Benefits of joining PCC include:

  • Fuel over 50 programs throughout Chicagoland each year.  Our events bring together alumni, current students, and admitted students and their families to a range of small group outings and large gatherings of hundreds of people.  Your membership dues fund the administrative costs of supporting such a robust calendar of events, including New Admit Reception, Summer Picnic, and the Annual Dinner.

  • Receive discounts for ticketed Club events.  For our events which come with a ticket price, members typically receive a $5 to $25 discount depending on the event.

  • Support current students and alumni in their service to Chicago.  Whether it's supporting Club efforts to mentor local high school students, convening alumni to volunteer at a local food bank, or financially sponsoring current Princeton students to intern at local non-profits, your membership dues support these noble efforts while defraying the technical costs that drive Princeton in Chicago’s service.

  • Demonstrate your pride in both Princeton and Chicago.  The Princeton Club of Chicago is perhaps the most celebrated Princeton alumni club in the world, having won the prestigious Austin P. Leland Award for General Excellence 5 times.  Of the over 160 regional alumni associations globally, the Princeton Club of Chicago has received more awards from the University since 2000 than any other alumni association!  Your membership dues keep Chicago as a top hub of Princeton alumni.
