2019-pcc-biennial-logoPCC AT THE CHICAGO ARCHITECTURE BIENNIAL - NOVEMBER 7, 2019

The Princeton Club of Chicago invites you to the third edition of the Chicago Architecture Biennial hosted by John Balfe *90, VP for Grad Alums, and graciously led by Sophie Cai *13.  These popular and engaging tours are now a PCC tradition.  RSVP ASAP - limited to 25 guests!

This edition of the Biennial is particularly inspired by Chicago, moving beyond the grand narratives of the city’s architectural heritage to explore the history and conditions that have and continue to shape its urban development. With a broader view on the field of architecture, it embraces practices that span building, design, planning, visual art, policymaking, education, and activism.

Sophie will lead a curated tour through the central exhibition at the Chicago Cultural Center.  The 2019 Biennial — titled ... and other such stories — features a series of new commissions, residencies, partner projects, and public programs.  Please scroll down for Sophie's bio.

We hope you’ll join us for this very special event!
