Bollywood and South Asian dance workshop
Saturday, May 30, 2026
Move, groove, and celebrate to high-energy Bollywood beats and South Asian folk rhythms! This upbeat, welcoming workshop is perfect for all levels—no dance experience needed. Come ready to dance barefoot
(non-skid socks or dance/non-street shoes are also welcome) and leave with new steps, new confidence, and a whole lot of joy. A4P and PWN are co-hosting, but this is a regular workshop offered by the Old Town School of Folk Music and led by Anjali Julka.
Anjali Julka has been teaching dance at Old Town School of Folk Music since 2016 and also at the Citrahar Cultural Academy.
This event is co-sponsored by A4P and PWN.
