"EATING CLUB" DINNER @ CRYING TIGER
Crying Tiger is a celebration of the culinary traditions of Southeast Asia led by Chef Partner and James Beard Finalist Thai Dang. The menu balances the bold, vibrant flavors of the region: sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
Reservations are almost impossible at this new Lettuce Entertain You hot spot, but the Princeton Club of Chicago has reserved a special “Eating Club” experience in Crying Tiger’s Winter Garden room for fellow Tigers and friends. This event is co-hosted by the Asian American Alumni Association of Princeton (A4P).
Seating is limited. Don’t become a crying tiger! Reserve ASAP, no later than December 1st.
Our dinner will be shared family style and include a pre-selected variety of three first courses, three second courses (including signature dishes), and two desserts to be enjoyed by all.
