Join fellow Tigers for a Wine Precept at Bar Roma, no pre-reading required! Hosted by Chef Alfredo Ramos S91 and Renee Perez ’91. Pranzo di Vino led by Sommelier Jules Symon. Event will include five wine tastings with small bites.

Chef Alfredo Ramos S91 is a veteran of the Chicago culinary scene having served as Executive Chef at acclaimed Printer’s Row Restaurant, Pili Pili, Gioco, Room 21, and the Union League Club. While at Printer’s Row he competed twice in the Bocuse d’Or World Culinary Competition and was nominated a top 10 sous chef in the nation by Bertolli Olive Oil. He is married to Renee Perez ’91.
